No physical products are shipped.

Digital Downloads and Cancellations

Our products are supplied digitally, with access made available following successful payment.

Under UK consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases of digital content.

However, this cancellation right can be lost once digital content begins to be supplied, provided the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that they will lose their cancellation right, and the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Where these conditions have been satisfied, we do not ordinarily offer refunds for changes of mind after digital delivery has begun.

If these conditions have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Faulty Products or Download Problems

If your download link does not work, your PDF is corrupted, or the product does not match its description, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the problem.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement download, repair the digital content or issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Results and Expectations

Our guides provide educational information and instructions. We do not guarantee specific results, social media growth, followers, engagement or earnings.

Not achieving a particular result does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, unless a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
